Our Story

A Simple Observation, A Big Opportunity

Alpine Digital Technologies was founded on a simple but powerful observation: the products and solutions to materially reduce carbon emissions already exist today — but they are not being implemented at scale or with the discipline required to make a meaningful difference.

Buildings alone account for at least 33% of global carbon emissions. Yet retrofit rates remain below 1% per year. Most owners still treat lighting, HVAC, controls, and renewables as separate, disconnected procurements. Capex-heavy retrofit models exclude the majority of mid-tier commercial real estate in APAC.

Our founders — with decades of combined experience at Schneider Electric, Philips, and Osram — saw this implementation gap clearly. We built Alpine Digital to close it, combining proven technologies into financed, performance-guaranteed systems that any owner in APAC can deploy and verify.
